What To Expect

As a facilitator, I guide the process, not the content.  I intentionally and carefully design a process for the people closest to the work, to do their best work.  To do that, it is important that a collaborative partnership exist, with adequate planning time to prepare and design the meetings, processes, assessments, or projects.

Prepare the Conditions

  • Thoughtfully designed facilitation processes tailored to your purpose, people, and goals

  • Clear intent and shared understanding of outcomes before the work begins

  • Collaborative partnership in shaping how the work unfolds

Create an Environment for Better Thinking

  • Skilled guidance of the process so leaders can fully participate in the content

  • A structured, respectful space that supports focus, creativity, diversity of thought and full participation, in person and virtually

  • Conversations that are engaging, meaningful, and productive

  • A range of facilitation methods and tools selected to fit what the group needs in the moment

Support What Emerges

  • Support in keeping conversations focused, balanced, and moving forward

  • Thoughtful questioning that surfaces insight—including the difficult questions that matter most

  • Clear capture of insights, decisions, and commitments so work can continue beyond the room
